I've masked off the pare that will be painted red later on. I used a "low tack" painter's tape you can get in most hardware stores or Home Depot. I use "Low tack" because it doesn't leave that "gummy" crap when you pull it off. So I don't have to tape the whole area I used some of the clear plastic bag the body came in.
