These are the Pillow ball set screws and the oversized bearings for the axle carrires.
They are 33% larger than the stock ones. Here's a quote from RPM's site
"The load ratings of RPM oversized bearings are double that of stock bearings and
more than triple the fatigue rating of stock bearings as well!"
