The a-arm is installed. The pillow ball is screwed in just until all the threads are into the a-arm. The setscrews are tightened just so they are snug against the pillow balls. Then the little caps go into the setscrews to keep the dirt out. The blue looks good with the yellow.
It also looks good through the "gold" wheels in the pics later.
