Those are new Bow Tie tires on the truck. The wheels were chrome but they were pretty beat. I removed the chrome (sprayed them with clear lacquer and when it got cloudy I rubbed over it with acetone and it took the chrome plating off). I then got some Rit liquid Jet Black dye and put it in a pot with about 1 & 1/2 gallons of water and the 4 nylon wheels. I boiled them for 2 hours. They came out great.
