Landscaping the 1st Section

I mixed up some Hydrocal and plastered some rocks to the Hillside. Just out of curiosity I went to the store that used to be the Hobby shop in our city to see if they had any stuff left I could use. That was where I used to get all my Railroad stuff, 100 years ago. It's been Variety Store for over 10 years now. They still had some Woodland Scenics stuff. I picked up a bottle of Green Undercoat to color the mountainside and a bag of Green turf to go along with the burnt grass and soil that I already have. Doing it all in one color just doesn't look natural.

I went to the hardware store across the street and picked up a few things too. A couple small sponge type brushes to do the undercoat painting and other stuff like that, a cheap 1" brush for spreading "Scenic Glue" and a Spray Bottle to spray "Scenic Cement". Oh yes...a bottle of Scenic Glue/Cement

Woodland Scenics Scenic Glue $6.49 for 8oz
Woodland Scenics Scenic Cement $6.49 for 16oz

The Scenic Cement doesn't come with the Scenic Sprayer, that's another $4. The Cement is a 50% Glue/Water solution used to hold the turf on.

Bill's Scenic Glue/Cement 7.56oz $2.99 add equal amount water to make Scenic Cement
Bill's Scenic Sprayer $2.29

I did a small "Teaser" patch. I'll go down and finish it off later. Still waiting for it to dry thoroughly from the undercoat. Did a little more in the 2nd pic.
