"Safety Walls"

These came in today and my son Mike and I put them to the test right away. They worked great! Not one car hit the wall or came around and went on the floor. Trust me with me being on the inside lane at the end of a long straight, I always think it's my mission to "Help" the guy on the outside come out of the slot with a little "nudge". I'll be dressing them up with some "advertising" stickers soon. I think the "screen" might have to come off and get airbrushed too.

I picked up a new car today too. It's one I ordered last week but I don't know if it's from my order. Doesn't matter It's the "Kenmore" Mosler.

My "Woodland Scenics"Retaining Wall sections came in later in the day. I'll pick them up tomorrow or Friday, then Saturday off to Home Depot for the lumber to extend the track 4'x4' for now(still got some stuff to get out of the cellar)and elevate at least 16' of the straight. Far enough for me to do 8' of permanent wall sections.
