Scalextric Monte Carlo In Car Camera Car
Ok
the chassis and motor are Scalextric
I decided
I wanted an in car camera for my track. I couldn't wait for a $40 one from EBAY
so I ran out to radio Shack and picked one up.I wasn't happy trying to double
sided taping the battery and camera down so I came up with this idea. I took a
Scalextric Monte Carlo Chassis. I moved the magnet to the forward position. The
metal base of the camera stick to it very well.
Next
the battery....
I didn't like the though of sticking or zip tying close to
the motor so since I had some styrene tubing with the ID the right size to slide
over the posts on the chassis, I'd build a "Battery Box" for it.

I made the battery box with 2 positions for the battery because I don't know which will be better. I don't want to but too much strain on the motor.

I painted the battery box
