4 New Cars and a Couple "Family" Pictures
I picked up some new cars today. 2 of them were these open wheel cars.
I
tried a little different angle with these shots.
I
also had my New Acura NSX and Mosler come in. I'm still waiting on a few more
and there is a Carrera Corvette with the USA Flag on the roof that I promised
the wife(she wants to try)I'll probably be picking up tomorrow. I would have gotten
it tonight but I only brought 200 bucks to the store with me.
I
decided I'd take pictures of all of the cars. So, here they are...
I got 6 more straight tracks on Thursday because I'm lengthening the layout this weekend. I took some more car pics. Also took out the circle of track in the middle for now..The place where it says "Pit Lane" is where the Digital pits will be under the Main straight. I'll have lights under there too and the bottom parts that I cut off the Retaining Wall sections will become "Pit Walls". I've got a couple ideas going through my mind on how to face off the track going over the Pits because there will be 1/2" of wood showing below the track. HO scale Girder Bridge sides is one idea. I'll have to look through my Walther's catalog. Ginny, my wife was saying she missed me because I was in the cellar a lot so I went out and bought her a Brand New Corvette!! Oh, 1/32 scale...Now she can join us. She could be a factor when I get the digital going and we have 4-6 drivers on the track.
