Landscaping Turn 1
I put plywood under the track to keep the joints smooth
I've
started the Hillsides. I cut the wood under the turn wide enough to bring the
hillside up on the outside of the turn once my next order of Safety Walls comes
in. 
The
Safety Walls came in. I ordered 2 packages (12 sections) but Joe got in 4 so I
bought them all. I figure I'll find use for 24 sections in time. I went to Staples
and picked up some 8x10 full sheet labels so I could print the advertising for
the safety walls (thanks goes out to the guys who had them on their sites to download).
It still needs some touching up.
I
also got a good deal on some old Carrera D-Jags from Joe. 10 bucks for the 1st
one 15 each for the next 2. The little suckers are fast. Good beaters for the
inexperienced drivers.
I
figured since I'd be running stock cars too I'd make up some NASCAR signs for
the safety walls. If you click on the picture there's a sheet of them you can
copy to your computer.
