Integy's Outstanding Service!
YEAH RIGHT!!!!!
After posting this in every forum I use I got a reply and permission to link to this guys post(there are Many More out there):
Monkey Wrench, 37 Years old, moderator of RCNitroTalk.com forums had problems with these guys too. Click here to see the post in his forum

They don't think I can hurt their business....
On the bottom of this page you'll find the emails what this whole thing is about. Bill@integy tech support told sim2u to take his business elsewhere because he "
don't care too much about Australian staying in Japan"

On September 11 I sent Integy this email. From there he decided he was going to get smart with me in the several emails he sent to me. My email will be in blue. "Bill from Integy" will be in Yellow. I also got a Cute reply from "Glen"

I want to know exactly what point “Bill” was trying to make here. It doesn’t seem right that “Bill” would be turning business away. I would like to give you a chance to defend yourself before I post this on my website. I get an average of 2500 visitors a month….I don’t think telling the man “You don't sound too professional to me! Personally, I don't care too much about Australian staying in Japan ... take your business elsewhere” was very wise and I’m going to put it on my site and put a link to it in every RC forum (8-9) I use if I don’t get a satisfactory answer from you people. Just to let you know, I’m not one of these 15-18 year old kids that thinks he’s cool because he has a forum. I’m a 57 year old USMC veteran who has been running a 1200 meg website for 7 years.

This is the Cute reply "Glen" sent me to that message.
Sorry but I have no idea what you are talking about. Do you want me to buy your MT2?
Glen
Integy Inc.

I replied with this on the 11th(he had sent back only a segment of the email I had sent and I made no mention of selling any MT2)

So you send me back just part of what I sent you and where do see you any mention of any MT2? OK, I'm putting the whole thing including this response you just sent me on my web site and all the forums I use. Thank You for making this easy.
Bill Plude

got this back on the 18th
Really and who is your enemy? You need professional help if you are constantly looking for enemy, stop imagining things LOL!
I really feel sorry for you but you must have NOTHING better to do. Bye.

Bill

I've had it with these boys. I won't spend another nickel on their products and I'll advise everyone I know do stay away too.

Are you sure you are professional designer? You don't sound too professional to me! Personally, I don't care too much about Australian staying in Japan ... take your business elsewhere.

I never said I lived in Australia my friend...did you read my e-mail...?

Are your emails sanctioned by your company because I find them to be very unprofessional.

Thanks for your response, I think I will shop elsewhere.

PS

I live and work as a professional graphic designer in Japan...! I never said I lived IN Australia, nor did I say I was Australian.

To Whom it may concern,

Thanks you for your VERY short answer but it really did not answer very much, nor did it give me any new information about special orders or any such thing regarding the advertising on your website...?

I am very familiar with Tower Hobbies and they are a reliable portal with which to purchase from, however, they only stock perhaps only 15% of what your company offers and manufactures. I have searched on the net and your marketing info and sales advertisment on your web says " that to order parts that are out of stock a special order must be made" (this is a paraphrase by the way)...now your telling me that your website is not true and that your advertising is false because I can not make a special order...? I am confused here.

sincere regards

To Whom It May Concern,

I wish to make a large purchase with all these parts in one order if at all possible - although some are out of stock; I would like to place a special order for these parts when they are all ready and available. A list has been stuck at the bottom of this e-mail for your purusal.

Some are available now yet I do not wish to have it in peices for a long period of time so I would like to wait unitl all parts are ready for shipment.

The actual shipment would be to Japan and you can confirm any enquiries through this address embodied through this e-mail as well as:

xxxxxxxxxxx@yahoo.com.au

Thanks for your customer assistance and I look forward to your business, this is my first time to order though your company and I can only hope that it will continue.

Sincere and best regards
